These top quality, low-yielding, grapes were primarily fermented before being dosaged and bottled for secondary fermentation in the time honoured “Methode Traditionelle”. That is, the wine was matured in the bottle in which it has been presented.
As with all sparkling wine, it is perfect for current consumption. However, it has the structure so that it can and will live for many more years if stored in good cellaring conditions.
This wine makes an ideal aperitif or as an accompaniment to hors d’oeuvre.
